Editorial board disclosure policy

All editors responsible for recommending or making publication decisions are requested to disclose on an annual basis any potential conflict of interest, including current or recent financial relationships with any commercial entity whose products or services may be contained in the journal content.
The following competing interests were disclosed:
Dr Robert Clarke
Dr Clarke holds a consultant position with American Gene Technology, Inc, Rockville, MD, USA.
Professor Charis Eng
Professor Eng is the unpaid CMO of Cleveland Clinic spin-off Family Care Path, Inc, and unpaid CMO of DFCI spin-off of Covariance LLC. She has received fees from N-of-One as a member of the external strategic advisory board and royalties from Family Care Path, Inc.
Dr Judith Favier
Dr Favier has patent 18,306,527.5 on 'Methods for predicting metastatic potential in patients suffering from sdhb-mutated paraganglioma'. She was also involved in the evaluation of a research grant application for the Czech Science Foundation.
Professor Paramita Ghosh
Professor Ghosh has received research grants from National Institutes of Health, Department of Veterans Affairs and Astellas Pharmaceuticas. She has also received travel expenses and non-financial support from East Bay Institute of Research and Education, Springer and National Institutes of Health.
Professor Wouter de Herder
Professor de Herder has received research grants from Ipsen and speakers fees from Ipsen, Pfizer and Novartis. He has also served on the Advisory Boards of Ipsen and Novartis.
Professor Chris J McCabe
Professor McCabe is current Chair of the Wellcome Trust Basic Science Interview Committee and has received research grants from MRC, NIHR and Wellcome.
Dr Deborah Marsh
Dr Marsh has two patents: Australian Patent No. 2010241416 entitled 'Cancer Biomarkers' published 6th September, 2012 (Marsh and Hahn; no royalties received) and European Patent No. 2638394 entitled 'Histone protein ubiquitination as a cancer biomarker', published 10/5/2017 (Marsh and Hahn).
Dr Joanne Ngeow
Dr Ngeow has received research funding from Astra Zeneca.
Dr Constantine Stratakis
Dr Stratakis holds 3 patents on the PRKAR1A, PDE11A and GPR101 genes, which he has yet to receive any royalties from. His laboratory is a recipient of funding from Pfizer Inc, with a grant (that ended in 2018) and support for a clinical trial (2018 to now, ongoing) on the treatment of childhood gigantism.
Dr Frank Weber
Dr Weber has received lecture support and non-financial support from Ipsen.
